Cold-applied liquid resins are becoming the go-to choice for waterproofing and surfacing flat roofs, car parks, walkways, balconies, and terraces—thanks to the clear advantages they offer over traditional and hot-applied systems. However, it’s important to approach with care—not all resin solutions deliver the same level of performance or reliability.

In Southeast Asia’s tropical climate—marked by relentless humidity, intense UV radiation, and heavy, frequent downpours—flat roofs face accelerated wear and tear. These environmental stressors can cause water ingress, blistering, and structural damage far more quickly than in temperate regions.
